MERCHANDISE DELIVERY POLICY

  • The owner of the purchase must present a valid official identification at the time of receiving the merchandise.

  • If the customer is not at home at the time of delivery, each subsequent shipment will cause a freight charge of $250 pesos

  • The delivery time of 5 days is only for CDMX and the metropolitan area. the delivery date must be previously confirmed by phone with the customer.

  • The shipment outside the assigned delivery area for each place will be made through a parcel service, the cost of which will be covered by the customer.

  • Deliveries are made during open hours between 10.00  and 7:00 p.m.

  • Our delivery personnel are prohibited from carrying out merchandise flown maneuvers. In the event that the merchandise must be left in a place other than that of use, the client must sign there in agreement and the guarantee for mistreatment will no longer apply.

  • The delivery personnel have no obligation to carry out maneuvers or tasks to free up the spaces to place the merchandise they are delivering.

  • The merchandise may not be delivered to the customer if the outstanding balance is not settled at the time or when the customer refuses to sign in accordance.

  • The name or signature of the client at the time of delivery will be proof  in accordance at the reception. Claims for cosmetic damage and/or missing or damaged merchandise will not be accepted once it has been signed for receipt.

  • Any inconvenience at the time of delivery, the customer must contact us by phone to report it and solve it.
